The refreshment training program for Branch Heads and Area Managers is a regular corporate initiative and serves as a strategic step to ensure alignment between company policies and their implementation in the field. Through this program, leaders receive updates on business strategies, performance targets, regulatory changes, as well as reinforcement of risk management and compliance aspects.
This program aims to enhance leadership capacity, coaching skills, and team management effectiveness to ensure that productivity and service quality are consistently maintained. It also serves as a knowledgesharing forum among Branch Offices, enabling collaborative solutions to various operational challenges. The program was conducted offline and attended by the President Director, Directors, Deputy Directors, Division Heads, Department Heads, Area Heads, and Branch Heads of the Company.
