PT Mizuho Leasing Indonesia Tbk (“the Company”) was established on July 21, 1993. Formerly the Company’s name was PT Verena Multi Finance Tbk and since September 24, 2022, the Company changed its name into PT Mizuho Leasing Indonesia Tbk.

In 2019, the Company merged with an associated entity namely PT IBJ Verena Finance (“IBJV”) where IBJV merged into the Company and the Company turned into a surviving entity.

Mizuho Leasing Co.,Ltd is the Controlling Shareholder of the Company and is part of the Mizuho Financial Group, one of the leading financial institutions in Japan. The share ownership of Mizuho Leasing Co.,Ltd as of December 31, 2025 is 67.44%.
